In terms of ensuring national security and the security of energy supply and energy sources, such as liquid fuels and gas, as well as energy independence from energy imports and energy, the focus of our strategy to shift towards renewable energy sources. In fact, whether a state of more or less energy-independent, to a large extent can be determined by the percentage participation renewable energy in meeting the total energy requirements. So, the consumption of renewable energy source (solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, hydropower and small watercourses, biomass and biogas) is put in relation with the amount of power and energy which are imported from foreign countries (liquid fuels and gas). Based on data published by the European statistics agency, in developed European countries is the fact that renewable energy sources accounted for 10-12% of the total energy balance of individual countries. Here, the situation is very worrying, given that renewable energy resources still account for only 1% in the energy balance, which is negligible and intolerable little. On the other hand, environmental awareness that is constantly improving and developing required to behave and act in accordance with the capabilities and resources of nature and the natural environment. As the largest building and construction consume energy and also the biggest polluters of the environment, point to the request to change the method of construction and thus to change the way of life on the planet. Poor and inadequate access to the building and construction industry certainly is recognized as the most important factor in global warming. The progress of civilization, especially in terms of technical and technological innovation brings the design and construction of facilities that will be compatible with the environment. For designers and investors is to develop, design and build "green".
